Yes.
All products sold on DJI Store are 100% genuine and sourced through authorized distribution channels.
All products can be verified using official serial numbers or brand-provided verification systems.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are purchased through official, brand-authorized distributors and partners.
Unless the product status is clearly stated on the product page, we do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or non-official products.
Do you have a physical store?
No.
DJI Store operates exclusively online via the Shopify platform, and all products are available for purchase through our official website at djistore-us.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We ship all eligible orders viaUPS 2nd Day Service and cover the full shipping cost, offering free delivery for orders within the U.S. that meet the UPS 2nd Day Service requirements.
(Please note: We are unable to deliver to certain overseas locations, remote areas, and regions not serviced by UPS 2nd Day Service. Customers in these areas are advised to monitor their registered email for follow-up communications from our team after placing an order.)
How long does delivery take?
We ship viaUPS 2nd Day Service. According to data from most of our orders, delivery can be completed within3–4 business days after placing the order. For remote areas, delivery will be delayed by an additional1–2 business days. The exact delivery time is subject to the actual logistics status.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only support shipping within the United States, excluding military-specific regions and overseas remote areas. For further details, please feel free to contact our support team.
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact our support team to cancel your order at any time before it ships.

Can I track my order?

Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged items that do not affect secondary sales.

How are refunds processed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund immediately after you cancel the order and notify you once the process is completed. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account is subject to your bank’s processing time.
